[All she had expected when she decided to come inside after yet another long day of gardening was to clean up and go straight to bed, especially after the wind had done much to hamper her progress with the small seedlings that were shooting up from the ground. While it had been bordering on nuisance, she had been otherwise cheered up to notice that the several more of the hardier plants had already started blooming.

But all happiness that had come with it was washed away while in the process of walking toward the door she finds herself picking up on a series of familiar noises behind her, ones she had never wanted to hear again and that she knew for a fact did not belong to anyone inside the safe household just beyond her reach. There's an unintentional, startled cry as she drops her coat and her journal to falls open in order for her reflexes to kick into gear to resist the droids, desperate to avoid capture while she silently hoped that someone inside would notice but not at the same time.

But her erratic behavior and moves made it that much easier to knock her out and take her away, so anyone who happened to hear her cry for help will find no trace of her anywhere outside the house other than her dropped possessions, tossed amidst several plants that had been trampled in the process.]

[Silver stops at the top of the stairs and waits for Mithos. There's a thoughtful look on his face now; he's wondering whether or not he should help him get down these stairs quickly.]

[He stops when Silver does, still hanging several feet back. He has no idea what the other is waiting for, and he knits his eyebrows together to force a glare.]

[tsuntrader]

[Yep, going downstairs. Come on, Mithos.]

[imatreenow]

[He'll take a while again. At least the onerous task of hauling himself down the stairs one at a time helps distract his mind a little. Not enough to fully numb himself to his careening thoughts, though.]

[tsuntrader]

[...Yeah this is taking too long. Silver quickly moves up the stairs and in one swift motion he lifts Mithos up with an arm, his crutch with another, and hops all the way down the stairs before putting him back down.]

[It happens so fast he doesn't even have time to think. All he has time to do is flail a little, then realize holy shit he's moving down these stairs really fast, and try to cling to Silver.]

[tsuntrader]

[And a ten point landing! ...But yeah he's totally putting you down now, Mithos. And stepping away. He doesn't know where you've been. What if you have cooties?]

[imatreenow]

[Now he's left clinging to his crutch and straightening himself out. As Silver moves away, Mithos swipes at him with his free arm as if shooing away a dog.] Don't touch me.

[tsuntrader]

Gladly. Believe me, I don't want to. [Stupid Mithos. Stupid kidnapping. Stupid- ugh.]

[imatreenow]

[...Then he's leaving. Without another word - just a scowl for Silver - he'll start heading for the door. He should just...be alone right now.]

[tsuntrader]

The if you wanna come back, you're welcome to. Just make sure you knock. [He knows Mithos won't, but he might as well leave the offer there.]

[He keeps going, going... He doesn't even like being in this house when Kaori's here, but he will be back - just not inside. He'll stick to the garden, just as he does when he's with her. ...And gone. He grimaces as he fumbles with the doorknob and steps back into the night, because he knows he has long hours of little sleep ahead of him.]
